Brief Intro :AAC autoclave is large pressure vessel for steam curing, has excellent thermal insulating quality. It has the advantages of good treat efficiency, large capacity, reasonable layout, and safety & convenient operation, etc.

AAC Autoclave steam is a large pressure vessels used for steaming aerated concrete, sand-lime, fly ash brick or standard brick, the autoclave complete the hydrothermal reaction of CaO-SIO2-H2O.it is also widely used for other required pressure steam curing of the production project. Such as high-strength gypsum, insulation materials, rubber, high-strength glass, cement, pipe piles and timber, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. According to user requirements, our company can also design and manufacture of various forms of autoclave in order to meet the needs of the user a variety of purposes.

1. This autoclave is horizontally set, the cover is made of a 16mnr steel plate, the flanges used in the cover and body of the machine is forged from a 16mnr steel bar.

2. Strictly non-destructive Testing and heat treatment should be performed to the welding lines in the pressure sustaining parts according to relevant specifications.

3. As for the length of autoclave body, gauge size inside the autoclave, open form of the autoclave door, it can be made according to the customer's requirement.
